License error

Errors in GXportal login
Format or error code: “(a,b,c)”, where a,b,c are three numbers. Ex.: “(1,4,5)”
 
Values for “a”
0 - No error
1 - The MD5-CheckSum of the LicMgr.jar does not match the one registered in “gxpgetlicu”
2 - LicMgr.jar file not found
3 – Generic error 
 
Values for “b”
0 - No error
1 – Modification date of the “info” file does not match the last date recorded.
2 – Modification date of “System” directory does not match the last date recorded. 
3 – The computer’s ID (“/System/info”) does not match the ID of the record file.
4 – Files (“info”, “System” and/or “System/info”) cannot be read/written.
 
If b has value 1,2 or 3, the procedure is:
 
1) Uninstall licenses and KEEP RECORD OF THE UNINSTALLATION CODE
         For such purpose, do this: ./licmgr.sh -u 200 1
                                               ./licmgr.sh -u 201 1
2) Delete the following:
         - file called "info" located in the licmgr directory
         - file called "info" located in the system directory inside licmgr
         - system directory inside licmgr
 
3) Do a refresh of the login page in gxportal
 
4) Verify that the files and directories deleted have been created again
 
5) Request licenses again by sending the uninstallation code
 
Values for “c”
0 - No error
1 – There are no licenses
2 – Testing period expired (days)
3 – System date delayed
4 – Testing period expired (executions)
5 – There are no licenses and the product is not registered.
