How to set the background color opacity of regions?

Sometimes we don't need the background color of a region to be completely opaque; instead, we want to apply some transparency to it.
To solve this, a property has been added to the region's group of properties to allow setting its background color opacity.

The following case can be solved by using this property:

In this example, an opacity of approximately 70% has been set for the background color of the header region. When the Set Region property is set, it looks as shown in the image.
